To support participants who prefer to present remotely, we offer a video conferencing option for seamless knowledge sharing and discussion.
How It Works
1. Submit Your Presentation Slides Send your PPT file to us prior to the conference.
2. Download Zoom Install the Zoom application on your mobile, laptop, notepad, or tablet.
3. Create a Zoom Account Sign up at www.zoom.us if you don’t already have an account.
4. Receive Conference Link We will send you the meeting invitation, including the video link, Meeting ID, and Password.
5. Join the Conference Before joining, please ensure your camera, audio, and network connection are functioning properly. You will be able to share your screen during your presentation.
6. Exit Anytime You may leave the meeting once your presentation and discussion are complete.
